Jessica A. Liebau is an attorney with Willms-O'Leary, S.C. who focuses her practice primarily in the areas of estate planning, elder law, guardianships, special needs planning, and estate administration. She assists clients with wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts (including special needs trusts), advanced directives, long-term care planning, public benefits such as Medicaid (Title 19), and court-related matters such as guardianships and probate.

Jessica is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin. She received her B.A. degree summa cum laude from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin and her Juris Doctor cum laude from Marquette University Law School.

Jessica is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (“NAELA”), and the Association of Women Lawyers. She presents frequently on elder law related topics to organizations such as the Milwaukee Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, NAELA, and county Aging and Disability Resource Centers. She is a regular contributor to the Elder Law Journal of Wisconsin, and recently co-authored the Elder Law chapter of the 2015 State Bar’s Survey of Wisconsin Law.

Jessica is married and lives in Glendale, Wisconsin. Jessica’s past-times include running, gardening, and volunteering with local community organizations such as Life Navigators and Interfaith Caregivers of Ozaukee County. Currently she is a Mequon-Thiensville Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, and serves on the board of the Thiensville Business Association as Treasurer.
