Laura Zakrajsheck

Laura Zakrajsheck is a paralegal who assists clients with a variety of legal and administrative matters. She also handles much of the day to date operations for the firm, in addition to serving as the Operations Manager for Estate Counselors, LLC. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Norbert College, and a Paralegal Certificate from Carthage College.

Megan Linde

Megan Linde is a paralegal whose primary responsibilities at our firm include preparing client estate plans for signing, assisting with the execution of client documents, and addressing client questions related to their estate plans or other documents. She also performs a wide range of other responsibilities at the firm. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from UW-Oshkosh, and a Paralegal Certificate from MATC.

Joanna Yow

Joanna Yow is a legal assistant and our firm’s receptionist, and handles incoming phone calls and correspondence for the firm. Her receptionist responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining attorney calendars, and assisting clients with a variety of matters related to our work. As a legal assistant, she assists with client estate plans and estate administrations. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from UW-Oshkosh.

Dan Asmuth

Dan Asmuth is a staff accountant. He handles billing, accounts receivable and payable, monthly bank reconciliation, and monthly financial statements, in addition to assisting with various tax and accounting matters for the firm and clients. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from UW-Milwaukee in Accounting.
